Building Blocks: If Kids Ruled the City
CPEX hosted Building Blocks: If Kids Ruled the City on Saturday, September 11, 2010 from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm at the Shaw Center for the Arts. Building Blocks was an interactive planning experience where children ages 7-10 and their parents and siblings, aided by professional designers, built a small scale version of their ideal city.
This free, educational event was intended to introduce kids and their families to the importance of planning and applying Smart Growth principles in the development of our communities.
