CPEX CEO Camille Manning-Broome has been appointed to Governor Edward’s Resilient Louisiana Commission Economic and Community Development Task Force, and CPEX's new Board Member Erin Monroe Wesley has been appointed to Co-Chair the Information Technology & Communications Task Force.

CPEX and UrbanFootprint

CPEX and UrbanFootprint are developing a unique partnership to provide in-depth, up-to-the-minute layered data pinpointing areas of greatest need to assist decision makers to roll out aid as efficiently and effectively as possible -- as well as data and analysis to help address both long-standing inequities and second-order economic and social impacts of the COVID-19 crisis.

The 20-Minute Neighborhood

CPEX is engaging residents in “Neighborhood Bingo,” raising awareness of the value of the 20-minute neighborhood where residents are able to access most of their daily needs within a 20-minute walk or bike ride. 20-minute neighborhoods make cities work better for people, in and out of times of disaster.
