Dot holds a B.S. in Coastal Environmental Science from Louisiana State University and an M.S. in Global Sustainability with a concentration in Food Sustainability and Security from the University of South Florida.

Dot's deep love for her Louisiana roots, its lively inhabitants, and diverse heritage propels her commitment to its ongoing enhancement. Outside of work, Dot treasures leisurely moments with her partner and beloved dog, surrounded by loved ones. She enjoys exploring the intricacies of baking and cultivating her backyard garden. Additionally, Dot passionately advocates for food sustainability, sharing her knowledge and insights through educational initiatives.
