Erin Joseph
Sustainable Development Intern
Erin is an intern at CPEX currently enrolled in Tulane University School of Architecture’s Masters of Sustainable Development program, class of 2023. After graduation, she is interested in working on climate policy within the built environment where she can apply her skills to create new systems that will enhance the end user’s experience while also fostering healthy, sustainable outcomes for surrounding ecologies. She is excited to be on board with CPEX and to contribute to planning projects that will strengthen communities through development of strategic resilience and adaptation plans and policies.
Her previous experience at the Louisiana Department of Agriculture has given her valuable insight on government protocols and procedures. Erin has a Bachelors in Biology from the University of Holy Cross where she served as President of her Tri Beta Biological Honor Society and led students volunteering on environmental projects. She also spent many years as a volunteer with the Audubon Zoo, and at the nonprofit No Waste Louisiana, empowering Louisiana residents and neighborhoods with reuse and renewal practices.
