Lauren LaFitte Marschall, AICP

Director of Operations and Finance

Committed to making a positive impact in Louisiana, Lauren serves as CPEX’s Director of Operations and Finance. Combining community planning, project management, financial, and operational expertise, Lauren builds policies, structures, and relationships that enable the organization to advance its mission. As the lead of CPEX’s operations team, she manages the day-to-day operations of the organization, including finances, contracts, personnel, and facility, and collaborates with stakeholders, including the board, donors, and community partners, to help drive sustainable organizational success. Lauren holds a B.A. in Philosophy from Louisiana State University in her hometown of Baton Rouge, an M.S. in Community and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at Austin, and an MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport, and is a member of the American Planning Association and American Institute of Certified Planners. She also currently serves on the Board of Directors of BREADA.
