For 20 years, CPEX has helped Louisiana communities turn vision into action—bringing together leaders, aligning priorities, and advancing solutions that strengthen our state. The Louisiana Smart Growth Summit is where that work comes to life. This is not just a conference. It is a statewide convening of the people shaping Louisiana’s future—where ideas become strategies, and strategies drive action. At a time when communities are navigating growth, infrastructure demands, and increasing fiscal pressure, the need for clear, actionable solutions has never been greater.

Join us in driving impact, building relationships, and powering place and prosperity at the 2026 Summit.

This is where Louisiana’s future takes shape.
